Formnext Asia Shenzhen Concludes Successfully! RONGSU Keeps Moving Forward and Looks Forward to Meeting You Again

On August 28, Formnext Asia Shenzhen came to a successful close. RONGSU showcased its easy-to-oxidize metal additive manufacturing solutions, multi-scenario application solutions, and laser wire-feed printed components, attracting a large number of visitors to explore and consult.

Enhanced Gas Shielding Protection to Overcome Metal Oxidation

The newly upgraded airtight Laser One laser wire-fed additive manufacturing system integrates both global and localized gas shielding proctection, reducing oxygen levels in the build chamber to as low as 10 ppm. This minimizes oxidation issues during the printing of metals such as titanium alloys. Equipped with a 1500W high-power laser for precise, efficient printing, and featuring our proprietary VEAM customized energy field and power-tracking technology, the system reduces thermal input by 40%. A built-in thermal imaging camera provides real-time monitoring, effectively preventing thermal deformation.

Versatile Mounting Options for Multi-Scenario Applications

The ultra-integrated L1 Lite multi-laser wire-feed additive system can be mounted on robots, CNC machines, lathes, and other material gears. Its five-in-one system combining water, gas, wire, optics, and electronics allows for plug-and-play operation. Two optional laser heads (3000W / 1500W) and support for both 220V and 380V power supply make it suitable for industrial and research applications, offering additive manufacturing, laser cladding, hybrid manufacturing, and part repair capabilities.

Comprehensive, Multi-Field Printing Services

At the exhibition, RONGSU displayed laser wire-fed printed components including lattice wings, high-pressure spherical tank bottoms, brackets, propellers, and rocket nozzles. The components drew attention for their excellent overall performance and cost advantages. Our advanced multi-laser coaxial wire-fed additive technology provides end-to-end metal 3D printing services, meeting both customized part production and large-scale manufacturing needs.

While Formnext Asia Shenzhen has concluded, our journey never stops. We look forward to seeing you at TCT Shenzhen, September 10–12!
