RONGSU independently developed China’s first aerospace additive manufacturing system—the AMmake R1 platform. During its development, key challenges were overcome, including the integrated process-monitoring nozzle, multi-axis composite high-precision motion platform, and additive-subtractive process planning technology. The platform achieves manufacturing speeds 10 times faster than traditional methods, with delivery cycles as short as 30 days. Its combination of large build volume, automation, high precision, and integrated additive-subtractive capabilities provides strong support for the delivery of aerospace components.
