Without replacing the entire printing system, users can simply swap the original gas shroud of the RONGSU laser wire print head to enable powder feeding or hybrid wire–powder deposition. Compact and lightweight, the gas-shielded powder feeding nozzle allows quick, tool-free replacement, instantly transforming the print head to support wire feeding, powder feeding, and wire–powder hybrid modes, all in one.
With a single shroud replacement, users can flexibly adapt to different material combinations and process research needs, significantly expanding the process versatility of existing equipment.
