RONGSU's Additive Manufacturing Center Project Settles in Suzhou New District
On November 19, the signing ceremony for the Additive Manufacturing Center project of RONGSU was held, marking the project's official settlement in Suzhou New District. The move will significantly enhance the company's capabilities in large-scale manufacturing, advanced technology research and development, and global customer service. It represents a major step forward in RONGSU's strategic layout and also underscores Suzhou New District's progress in accelerating the development of the additive manufacturing industry and building a nationally leading, internationally competitive hub for metal additive manufacturing R&D and industrialization. Dr. Xu Fangda, Chairman of RONGSU, together with district leaders Zhou Xiaochun and Li Zhijun, attended the signing ceremony.

As a pioneer in wire metal additive manufacturing in China, RONGSU has developed mature VEAM wire laser additive manufacturing and wire arc additive manufacturing technologies. The company focuses on three core areas: additive manufacturing equipment, printing services, and additive manufacturing software. Leveraging its strong technological expertise and product capabilities, RONGSU has earned a solid reputation in the industry and has established stable partnerships with nearly 100 domestic and international enterprises and leading research institutions, including KUKA Robotics, forming an extensive industry–academia–research collaboration network.
At the ceremony, Dr. Xu introduced the company's development trajectory and technological strengths, noting that Suzhou New District will serve as an important base for RONGSU's future growth. The company plans to proactively engage in exchanges and cooperation with local enterprises to jointly promote the development of the regional intelligent manufacturing industry and attract high-end industrial talent. Once completed and put into operation, the project is expected to become a key driver for regional industrial upgrading and enhanced innovation capacity, injecting new momentum into the regional economy.
